In retail positions, daily tasks can range from assisting customers in product selection and care to stocking shelves to minor plant maintenance. In production positions, daily tasks can include potting, transplanting, weeding, pruning, and picking plant material for the retail store. Please consider that we regularly work in a physically demanding environment, rain or shine, indoors and out, and especially in hot greenhouse temperatures in the summer. Open Positions

Greenhouse Production Labourer

Full-time positions are available in our production greenhouse where we grow annuals, perennials, water plants, roses, and tropicals! Tasks can include repetitive work such as transplanting, shipping, potting, plant maintenance, producing retail arrangements, and pruning, among others.

Applicants must be able to communicate effectively for job requirements and safety, and meet daily targets for quality and productivity. Training will be provided. Retail Cashier

Full-time positions are available as a Cashier in our retail greenhouse, managing transactions, assisting customers and stocking product. A positive attitude, an ability to adapt quickly, and strong people skills are a must for providing first-class customer service. Previous knowledge or experience with plants is not necessary as we are happy to teach any relevant information.

Retail Sales Associate

Full and part-time positions are available in our retail greenhouse, assisting customers, stocking product, and creating a beautiful shopping environment. A positive attitude, an ability to adapt quickly, and strong people skills are a must for providing first-class customer service! Positions in different departments are available including cash, annuals, perennials, nursery (trees & shrubs), water gardening, and stone/soil. If you feel that you have the knowledge for, or would be best suited in a specific department, please indicate as such in your application.
